Industry
Software and automation for healthcare operations.
We work on the administrative and operational side of healthcare businesses: intake, documentation workflow, internal knowledge, and scheduling, where AI and software can reduce manual work without touching clinical decisions.
Common operational problems
Administrative intake and paperwork consuming staff time Documents and referrals that need manual routing between systems or departments Staff spending time searching for internal policies, procedures, or reference material Scheduling and reminder workflows handled manually Reporting assembled by hand from multiple systems
Where AI & software may help
Automating administrative intake so staff review exceptions instead of every request Routing documents and referrals to the right team automatically Building an internal knowledge assistant staff can search instead of digging through shared drives Automating scheduling workflows and reminder sequences Assembling operational reports automatically from existing systems
Example Workflows
What this can look like.
An intake form is reviewed, key fields are extracted, and the record is routed to the correct department for staff follow-up.
An internal assistant answers staff questions about administrative policy from existing documentation, with sources shown for every answer.
Appointment reminders and rescheduling requests are handled automatically, with anything unusual flagged for staff instead of guessed at.
Typical integrations
Implementation approach
We start with a specific administrative workflow instead of a platform-wide rollout. Design decisions favor your existing systems, not a replacement for them. Clinical decisions stay with clinical staff; our work stays on the operational and administrative side. Anything outside a clear, low-risk pattern gets a human review step built in.
Privacy & Security
Solutions can be designed around healthcare privacy and security requirements based on the systems and data involved. We do not claim HIPAA compliance for any solution until it has been formally implemented and validated for your environment, and we do not build or claim diagnostic or treatment AI. Please do not submit patient health information through our general contact form.
Compliance & Data Handling
The questions every healthcare buyer should ask a vendor.
Are you a HIPAA-compliant vendor?
We're not a certified HIPAA-compliant platform out of the box, and we won't tell you otherwise. What we do is design each system's data handling, access controls, and hosting around HIPAA requirements for your specific environment, sign a Business Associate Agreement when a system will touch protected health information, and validate that setup before it goes live rather than assuming it's compliant by default.
Will your systems touch protected health information (PHI)?
Only if your workflow requires it, and that's a specific, upfront conversation during scoping, not an assumption we make. Plenty of the workflows we build, intake routing, internal knowledge search, scheduling reminders, can be designed to avoid touching PHI directly. Where PHI is unavoidable, we scope the BAA and access controls before any build work starts.
Do you build clinical or diagnostic AI?
No. Our work stays on the administrative and operational side: intake, documentation routing, internal knowledge, and scheduling. Clinical decisions stay with clinical staff, by design, not as a limitation we ran into.
Have a healthcare workflow to discuss?
Every engagement is scoped around the problem, systems involved, and desired outcome.
